If this is your first visit to the TEENS WESTWARD BOUND web site...We are glad you are here!! This site is primarily for past participants and current participants that have been fortunate enough to be selected for this summer's experience. Family members and those that are wishing to apply to go on the incredible TWB program next summer (2024) will find some fun facts too as you surf our site.

This next year we plan to have 2 trips travel the great west during June 2024. The 2024 Summer Session will run June 15th-July 9th, 2024. There will be two 23 day Travel Programs during the Session, One leaving June 15th and one leaving June 17th. As always it would be great to see all the past participants see TWB 2024 off on June 15th and 17th at 9:30 am at the Mallard Creek Presbyterian Church Community House. The address is 11400 Mallard Creek Rd Charlotte, NC 28262 (15 miles north of Charlotte, N.C. off of either I-85 or I-485). If you cannot be there when we leave then please help welcome us home at 5:00 pm on July 7th and 9th....don't forget!!

At the top of this page click on the TRAVEL BLOG of one of the treks for this summer and you will be able to go each day and live a day in the life of a TWBer. Even though we will have a wireless Internet card on the bus computer please bear with us when we are in fringe areas that do not have internet coverage. We may have some trouble posting entries and pictures on those days.

We have some new things that we think will be helpful, such as the FAQ section for parents and friends of the 2023 participants (see the mailing addresses there too). We will update the FAQ in the spring of 2024 for the 2024 participants.
